Dark and creamy with harmonious aromas of raisins, bananas, and nuts characterize this Trinitario from Honduras. The chocolatey aroma and taste are intense and long-lasting.

The cacao beans for this chocolate come from the APACH cooperative (Asociación de Productores Agroforestales de la Cuenca Rio Choloma), which has 110 member farmers. They live and work in the area surrounding the municipality of Choloma, which comprises 41 villages. The cacao is cultivated in the forests – using agroforestry – at the foot of the Sierra del Mérendon, on the border of Honduras and Guatemala.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter

Aroma: Raisins, banana, nutty.

May contain traces of nuts and milk.
