Exquisite chocolate made from cacao grown and ripened in the shade of the rainforests of the Sambirano Valley in northwestern Madagascar. The beans come from our own plantations.

And this is a Grand Cru white chocolate bar with 37% pure natural cocoa butter. It is refined with caviar from Bourbon vanilla – also from Madagascar (Antalaha), of course. Caviar is the name for the inner, prized part of the vanilla bean.
